About product
Designed for the diagnosis of injuries and training in first aid skills for injuries in various areas, including with multiple injuries (lower limbs), combined damage (eg: head-chest, life-hand, neck and foot, arm-neck-chest, etc.), combined (hand burn in combination with other injuries).
The company’s lineup includes 2 simulator models for developing skills of rendering first aid: CL 21 and ZR 75. CL 75 – Weight wound simulator 75-80 kg, recommended for field training and training. The simulator allows you to practice assistance, transportation, evacuation and other actions, as close to real.
CL 21 – light version of the model SP 75 with the same functionality. Lightweight Weight – 20-25 kg.
To create conditions as close to real as possible, the simulator is equipped with six connection points for supplying artificial blood. The instructor provides blood mechanically using a parting device to supply fluid with an air stream. The device and one liter of artificial blood is part of the kit.
The simulator comes in a shipping case. For the CL model 75 the use of a protective box is recommended for transportation, presented in the section accessories.
Each model kit includes:
| Wound simulator | 1 PCS. |

Details
The following injuries are presented on the wound simulator.:
1. Scalp wound of the scalp. (Designed for practicing dressing on the scalp).
2. Gunshot fragmentation wound of the soft tissues of the anterolateral surface of the neck on the right with damage to large vessels (carotid artery and yarmine vein). (Designed for mining – finger vessel pressure throughout, techniques for applying a hemostatic tourniquet with improper support from improvised means, tight wound plugging techniques using chitosan-based products, bandage application).
3. Gunshot bullet wound through the left shoulder (in the upper third) with damage to the brachial artery and shoulder joint. (Designed for mining – finger vessel pressure throughout, techniques for applying various types of hemostatic tourniquets and compression devices, tight wound plugging techniques using chitosan-based products, applying pressure bandages to the shoulder and bandages to the shoulder joint).
4. Thermal burn (flame) III-IV degrees of the forearm left area 2-2,5%. (Designed to practice tactics for patients with burn injury – determination of the area and degree of burn, as well as testing the technique of applying aseptic dressings on the limbs).
5. Gunshot wound to the right hand with partial detachment and destruction. (Designed to practice the technique of applying dressings for severe damage to the brush).
6. Gunshot bullet through wound to the chest on the right. (Designed to diagnose breast injuries, working out the technique of applying various types of dressings on the chest, including occlusal, as well as sealing stickers of various samples).
7. Gunshot penetrating piercing wound of the abdomen with eventration (falling out) bowel loops. (Designed for practicing the technique of applying bandages for injuring the abdomen with multiple prolapse of internal organs in various departments).
8. Multiple gunshot shrapnel wounds of the soft tissues of the left thigh (in the upper and middle third) with damage to large vessels (femoral artery, vein). (Designed for mining – finger vessel pressure throughout (femoral artery in the groin), techniques for applying different types of hemostatic tourniquets to a complex anatomical region and compression devices, tight wound plugging techniques using chitosan-based products, applying a pressure bandage on the thigh), control techniques for superimposed tourniquet.)
9. Multiple fragmentation wounds of soft tissues of the inner surface of the right thigh in the middle third with damage to the femoral artery. (Designed to diagnose the most dangerous injuries available, working off – finger pressing of the femoral artery in the area of the inguinal fold and along the upper third of the thigh, the choice of technique for applying various types of hemostatic tourniquets or chitosan-based products, hip dressing techniques). This injury is combined with paragraph 10.
10. Explosive injury. Mine explosive wound. Separation and destruction of the left lower limb at the level of the lower third of the lower leg. (Designed to diagnose and assist with mine explosive wounds (full examination of the victim’s body with the identification of additional injuries characteristic of this type of injury, can be combined with n. 9, P. 1, P. 2, P. 8, P. 11, item 12), working off – the choice of technique for applying various types of hemostatic tourniquets or chitosan-based products, limb stump technique, performance of transport immobilization in the separation of limbs).
11. Chopped wound of the upper third of the right lower leg. Open fracture of the bones of the right lower leg.) (Designed to diagnose and assist with open fractures, bandages and transport immobilization in case of injuries of the lower extremities).
12. Explosive injury. Explosive damage. An extensive ragged-bruised soft tissue wound of the left gluteal region and the posterior surface of the upper third of the left thigh. Damage to the gluteal artery. (Designed to assist with injuries and injuries of complex anatomical areas, plugging of deep wounds with a narrow wound canal and several cavities, techniques for applying chitosan-based products and dressings on complex anatomical areas).
This wound can be combined with any of the previous.
